Il s\u2019agit d&rsquo;un projet de recherche visant \u00e0 promouvoir et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la quantit\u00e9 de nourriture saine disponible pour les enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 3 \u00e0 12 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis lors, d\u2019autres recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur les canaux d\u2019approvisionnement, comme la nourriture disponible dans les \u00e9coles et dans les foyers.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes actuellement en phase de d\u00e9veloppement, nous testons des prototypes de nouveaux snacks con\u00e7us pour le go\u00fbter et le petit d\u00e9jeuner, en prenant en compte les informations collect\u00e9es au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e relatives aux besoins nutritionnels, aux formats attractifs et aux nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes jouent un r\u00f4le important dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ces nouveaux snacks.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 la nature de ce projet et dans le but d\u2019atteindre l\u2019excellence et la satisfaction maximale par rapport au produit fini que nous souhaitons vendre, nous travaillons avec des enfants tout au long du processus.
